Hi I'm Chef Juvena.

Cooking has been part of my life since childhood. Raised around Caribbean kitchens where food was never just food. It was the reason everyone gathered, the thing that kept the laughter going and the conversations alive long after the plates were cleared.

Over the past decade, I've worked in professional kitchens, trained alongside talented chefs, and built a style rooted in fresh ingredients and bold, unapologetic flavor.

But here's what I've always known to be true: the most memorable meals don't happen in restaurants.

They happen around a table, with the right people, in a space that feels like home.

How do I get a price if there are no fixed packages?

Share your event details through the quote form—date, guest count, location, service style, and any special requests. We use that information to build a custom proposal and pricing that reflects your exact event instead of a generic per-person package.

Can you accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies?

Yes. We regularly cook gluten-free, dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and nut-free menus, among others. Tell us about any allergies or restrictions in your quote request and we’ll design dishes that keep every guest safe and delighted.

How far in advance should I book?

For weekends and holidays, we recommend reaching out 4–8 weeks in advance. For weekday dinners or smaller events, 2–3 weeks is often enough. If your date is soon, still reach out—we’ll let you know what’s possible.

Do you bring equipment and groceries, or do I provide them?

We handle menu planning, grocery shopping, and day-of cooking. You simply provide access to a reasonably equipped kitchen. If your space needs additional equipment or rentals, we’ll include recommendations and options in your proposal.

How customized can the menu be?

Every menu is built from scratch for your event. You can share inspiration dishes, favorite restaurants, or a general cuisine direction (Mediterranean, modern American, Latin-inspired, etc.), and we’ll propose courses that feel uniquely yours.

What areas do you serve?

We’re based in central Florida and regularly serve events within the surrounding region. For events farther away, travel fees may apply. Include your exact address or venue in the quote form and we’ll confirm availability.
